📋 General Privacy
What kind of information is collected?
Minimal and secure.
TrainHealth stores your data privately using Apple’s CloudKit. This ensures your information stays within Apple’s secure ecosystem and is never shared with third parties.
🔍 Personal Data
TrainHealth does not collect or request any of the following:
- Name
- Gender
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Or any personally identifying information outside of Apple’s platform
Your training data — workouts, weight logs, and body measurements — are stored either locally on your device or privately in your iCloud account, depending on your usage.
This data is never accessible by the developer, and is only used to power the core features of the app.
🧠 Health Data
If you choose to connect TrainHealth to Apple Health, the app will access and write data related to:
- Workouts
- Body weight
- Other fitness-related metrics
This connection is fully controlled by you via your device’s Health permissions.
None of your Health data is ever sent outside of your device or your iCloud.
🔐 Personally-Identifying Information
TrainHealth does not transmit or store any personally-identifying information outside of Apple’s secure platforms.
All data stays:
- On your device
- In your private iCloud storage (via CloudKit)
- Inside Apple Health (if enabled by you)
Only you have access to this data.
💳 For Subscribers
If you subscribe to TrainHealth Pro, all billing is managed entirely through the App Store.
Here is what I can see:
- Whether or not you have an active subscription
- The type of subscription (monthly, yearly)
- The expiration date of your current plan
This data is accessed anonymously via RevenueCat, our subscription management platform.
Your personal billing details are never shared with TrainHealth or the developer.
🔄 Privacy Policy Changes
TrainHealth may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Most changes will be minor.
Continued use of the app after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of those updates.
📄 Terms of Service
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TrainHealth application.
🔎 Interpretation
Words with capitalized first letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
📘 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Application refers to the software program provided by the individual developer, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named TrainHealth.
- Application Store refers to the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store).
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to the individual developer of TrainHealth.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or tablet.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

These Terms govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree to any part of these Terms, then You may not access the Service.
There is no minimum age requirement to use the app, but by using it, You represent that You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
💳 Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
TrainHealth offers a free version with limited features and a Pro version available via weekly or yearly subscription through the App Store.
All payments and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information directly.
Please refer to the App Store for pricing, billing terms, renewal options, and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
❌ Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or personal injury, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Service, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
📦 “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to You.
